Here at 360 Personal Growth, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit Organization upon: support, empowerment and progress.
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. 360 Personal Growth emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.

We offer initiatives that will promote development and growth. Through therapies, education, and a community that cares about their success, we want to help people achieve instead of just getting them through.

Jevon Miles
Director & Board Member
Hello, I'm Jevon Lee Miles, a co-founder of 360 Personal Growth and a member of the board. We're here to serve as a foundation of resources for felons, their families, and give a chance to those that has been regularly misrepresented. As a felon myself, I have faced numerous obstacles on my path to redemption, and with those obstacles came many failed promises from counselors, the government, and other organizations that's sole mission was to help us successfully reintegrate into society. I am aware and understand the broken promises, disappointments, and difficulties when seeking change and finding redemption. Our purpose at 360 is to be that change and reality that's been so often falsely advertised. It's our sole mission to help you 360 in building your life up again.
Rachel Mclaughlin
President of the Board & CFO
As a co-founder of 360 Personal Growth, I, Rachel McLaughlin, am driven by the desire to better our non-profit organization and make it known as a force for good in the world. I have first-hand familiarity with the legal system, in addition to personal and family relationships. I am aware of this since I have gone through it. With a focus on growing the organization with great integrity, we want this program to restore hope and offer a fresh perspective on life.

My name is Reagan; one of the co-founders of 360 Personal Growth. I have always been passionate about seeing people succeed after misfortune or mistakes. As a founding member and has played a vital role in shaping our vision and programs. I believe everyone can learn and grow from these challenges. The best thing you can give someone is a chance. I am excited to be part of this new venture in helping those who get that chance.
